Yes, all PureSalem guitars come with a limited warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or acts of nature. Warranty does not cover routine maintenance or adjustment. Returns will only be accepted within a 72-hour window after delivery of the guitar. Return shipping is to be paid by buyer.

PureSalem Guitars are built to our specifications in South Korea by Mirr Music Co. Owned by 3rd generation guitar builder Hank Cho, Mirr is able to manufacturer guitars of the highest quality using top end components and premium woods.

Yes, PureSalem Guitars does offer artist discounts to those who meet the following requirements:
– Have recorded material for sale.
– Tour nationally.
– Have support of a label.
– Have a press kit to show to us.
– Have management representation.

Yes, we do offer a PureSalem custom case and the cost is $150.00.

Yes, we offer International shipping and the cost is calculated during checkout.

Note: If outside the USA: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
